The 9 Best Material Design Frameworks to Use in 2016

Material design was developed by Google, with the basic idea to synthesize the classic principles of good design with the innovation and possibility of technology and science.

Material design is a three-dimensional environment containing light, material, and cast shadows.

In this Collection Post, I’ll list the Top 9 Best Material Design Frameworks.

1. Material Design Lite

Material Design Lite

Material Design Lite is an Official Google Framework. It doesn’t rely on any JavaScript frameworks and aims to optimize for cross-device use, gracefully degrade in older browsers.

You can always expect the components to be up to date with the latest standards.

2. Materialize

Materialize CSS

Materialize is a modern responsive front-end framework based on Material Design. It’s really simple to start using this framework, especially for people familiar with Bootstrap.

3. MUI


MUI is the lightest material design framework on our list, without any external dependencies.The MUI CSS can be easily customized by using the SASS.

MUI has a small download size to help pages load as quickly as possible:
